By purchasing tickets through ShowTKT, you agree to these Terms of Use. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the producer or venue.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a ticket purchase has been completed. This policy applies regardless of your inability to attend the event.
Events may be subject to changes in date, time, or venue. In such cases, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled event. If an event is canceled entirely, you will be entitled to a refund of the ticket face value.
Tickets will be delivered electronically via email immediately after purchase. You are responsible for printing your tickets or displaying them on a mobile device for entry to the event.
Valid tickets must be presented for admission. Duplicate tickets will not be honored. The first scan of a ticket barcode will be considered the valid entry.
Service fees, processing fees, and taxes are non-refundable. These fees cover the cost of facilitating your ticket purchase and maintaining our platform.
You may not resell tickets above face value where prohibited by law. Tickets obtained through unauthorized means will be canceled without refund.
ShowTKT is not responsible for any damages arising from your use of our service or attendance at events. Our liability is limited to the face value of tickets purchased.
